Korrekt I change all my passwords first and then let the bank know.
Korrekt I block the card straight away and contact the card issuer.
I wait and see if any more suspicious transactions turn up.

The sooner you block your card and notify the card issuer, the sooner any suspicious transactions can be stopped and further losses prevented.
