You receive an email from your bank containing a link to your new login details. What do you do?

Korrekt I use the link if the email contains my bank’s logo.
Korrekt I only ever log in via my bank’s official website or its e-banking app.
I click on the link if the web address looks correct.

Never log in via links in emails or messages. Always use the official app or type your bank’s web address into your browser’s address bar yourself. Also remember this: The bank will never send you new login details by email, text message or WhatsApp.
